RFIC Layout Designer
1099 or Corp-to-Corp
Remote / work from any US location
MUST be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Immediate need for several IC Layout Designers with TSMC FinFET and Wireless experience.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of RFIC Layout Design experience
• MUST have FinFET experience; experience with advanced technology nodes (TSMC 7nm and below) is required
• High proficiency in interpreting Calibre DRC, ERC, and LVS
• Knowledge of guard rings, DNW, PN junctions, and advanced process effects (LOD, WPE, etc.)
• Proficient with Cadence layout tools
• Skilled in layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing
• Solid understanding of RC delay, electromigration, and signal coupling
