Job Description

Chipright seeks a highly motivated senior MEMS Layout Engineer who will work closely with our customer. They will hold responsibility for a work package relating to verifying the transfer of RF MEMS IC layouts from an existing design tool to another tool.

Tasks:
  • Complete layout verification/comparison between GDS files generated in existing tool with alternative tool
  • Verification including XOR of layouts to identify any differences between layouts
  • Work closely with design team
  • Layout of sub-blocks of new designs under the instruction of MEMS RF Designer
    • Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience working in Analog Layout
  • Educated to degree level BE or ME or PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of IC layout verification for analog/RF integrated circuits
  • Good Knowledge and hands on experience using KLayout software tool
