About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Specilaist - RF Optimization with a minimum of 10 plus years of RAN domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 2G,3G, LTE and NR technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of RF optimization concepts, well verse in RAN KPI Optimization, Feature Trial, Software Upgrade, Network Design concepts, Network Level KPI improvement. Besides, should have strong transformation mindset, excellent level of numeracy, analytics and data interpretation skills and customer handling.
