RF Test Engineer

Summary: We are looking for Engineer with 4-5+ Years of working in RF Drive testing and analysis domain. Experience working in operations environment will be added benefit.Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the project requirement, standards required to ensure in project for field activities. Validate the Drive test equipment Software version, UE firmware version's, scanner software version, scanner calibrations certificates. Validate the equipment status on regular intervals through photos. Support for field troubleshooting for any major issues. Prepare RCA and submit it to internal and external stakeholders.Professional and Technical Skills: Identify the failure causes, recurring patterns, report to internal and external stakeholders. Provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure all the testing equipment's used in field throughout project duration are as per the standard defined. Co-ordinate with onshore teams on daily basis for smooth project execution. Co-ordinate with Drive test kit vendors for any upgrade in software or firmware required and report it to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure upgrade of equipment's post external stakeholders' approval.Additional Information: Proficient in written and verbal English communication. Experience to work on Microsoft office.5G Wireless Networks & Technologies
