Freelance Trainer – RFP Multivendor Program

Program Overview

We are inviting experienced freelance trainers to associate with us for an upcoming Multivendor Training Program under an RFP engagement. The program involves delivering high-quality training across multiple technologies and vendors for enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (online / offline / hybrid) as per RFP scope
  

• Customize training content based on client requirements and vendor standards
  

• Conduct hands-on sessions, demos, labs, and case studies (if applicable)
  

• Share training plan, agenda, and learning objectives in advance
  

• Ensure training delivery meets SLA, quality, and compliance requirements
  

• Support assessments, evaluations, and feedback collection
  

• Coordinate with program management and multiple vendor stakeholders
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  

• 3+ years of training delivery experience (corporate / enterprise)
  

• Strong subject matter expertise in respective technology/domain
  

• Experience working with multivendor or RFP-based programs preferred
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  

• Ability to handle diverse learner groups and enterprise clients
