RFP Proposal Coordinator/Manager

This rapidly growing company is looking for a Proposals Manager to join our scaling, fast-paced team. This role will work closely with our CFO, CEO, VP of Marketing and VP of Sales.

This Proposal Manager will perform various, high value duties, including sourcing potential contracts for SchooLinks, evaluating bids, and overseeing the sales proposal preparation for these high value contracts. The Proposal Manager' will be the sole dedicated Proposal Manager, owning this full process, working across departments to ensure the various proposal deliverables are met, drafting and editing proposals, communicating with vendors and ensuring that our contracts meet all regulatory requirements, and working with all stakeholders in the company to meet all necessary deadlines.
