About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RFP Writer to join our Proposal & Business Development team. In this role, youll be responsible for crafting compelling, compliant, and customized proposals in response to staffing, IT, and professional services RFPs from clients in the U.S., Canada, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand scope, requirements, and compliance needs
• Write and organize full proposal responses including executive summaries, capability statements, and technical narratives
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, develop win themes, and ensure accuracy of content
• Maintain and improve a library of reusable proposal content for future use
• Ensure submissions meet all formatting, compliance, and deadline requirements

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience writing proposals or RFP responses, ideally in staffing, IT, or professional services sectors
• Exceptional written English skills, with strong grammar, structure, and clarity
• Proven ability to break down complex requirements into actionable content
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Familiarity with North American public and private sector procurement processes is a plus
