Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rice Quality & R&D Head to lead our rice quality initiatives at our facility in Baddi, H.P. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and extensive experience in the research and development of rice products.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
8-15 years of experience in Rice quality assurance or R&D roles, specifically in rice or cereal products.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and sensory evaluation techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
