Job Description
- Install, assemble, and secure antennas, dishes, cables, and other telecom equipment on towers, poles, rooftops, or other structures.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare, inspect, and operate rigging equipment, ropes, pulleys, hoists, harnesses, and other safety gear before each climb or lift.
- Safely climb telecommunication towers, masts, or poles to reach designated work areas.
- Install, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment at heights as required by the project.
- Layout, route, and secure coaxial cables, fiber optic cables, and grounding wires according to site specifications.
- Use rigging techniques to lift and position antennas, dishes, and structural components safely and efficiently.
