Attraction and Retention Specialist at VISAYAN ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.

To support the implementation of five (5) major subtransmission line projects scheduled from 2025 to 2027. Responsible for the operation of standby heavy equipment—including but not limited to cranes, long bucket trucks, and trailer trucks—necessary for the erection of 69kV poles and associated line construction activities. The project-based operator and rigger will directly support field implementation, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution of the planned works.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, positioning, and secure attachment of load‑lifting gear to poles and line equipment.
• Direct crane movements and provide hand signals to the operator for precise lifting and placement.
