Job description

Role Objective

To safely and efficiently erect telecom towers, install tower appurtenances (such as antenna and microwave mounting brackets), perform quality check, and dismantle structures as required. The role ensures that all work is completed in compliance with industry safety standards, engineering specifications, and project timelines.

Main Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle telecom towers (self-supporting, monopole/street pole types, bipod, guyed type, and others).
• Install, align, and secure antenna and microwave mounting brackets.
• Operate rigging and lifting equipment including pulleys, winch machine, and gin pole.
• Read and interpret tower erection drawings/plans.
• Perform tower structural checks and assist in reinforcing structures as required.
• Inspect rigging gear, climbing gear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) before use.
