Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: three days in office, two days home.
• Relocation supported.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on position. You will spend most of your time understanding problems in production flows, analysing cases, fixing root causes, writing processes and pushing adoption across Level 1 and Level 2 operators. The role reports directly to the Risk Lead and operates in a fast moving environment where solutions must be practical, measurable and delivered quickly.

You will

• Investigate alerts and incidents and translate them into rule or process changes.
• Tune anti‑fraud rules for deposits, withdrawals and chargebacks.
• Diagnose operational errors and prevent repeat losses.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation end to end.
• Work closely with Payments, Operations, Data and Product teams.
