Job Description
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Graduate Degree in any related fields (Risk Management & Actuarial Science).
Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
Basic understanding and experience in Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT Table) for analyzing data.
Work in fully night shifts (work from home) or rotational shifts (hybrid) including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and provide solutions & advice upon request.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Prepare summary reports and slides as assigned by superiors.
- Monitor and identify abnormal trends from data:
- Identify abnormal users based on their profile.
- Evaluate user behavior by analyzing transactional data.
- Review eligibility of bonus applicants.
- Monitor spikes of data and take immediate action for risk control.
