Responsibilities:
The Second Line of Defense (SLOD), Consumer Credit Risk is mandated with providing credible challenge to business unit credit policies, strategies, and overall performance against agreed risk appetite. Within the SLOD, the Credit Risk Policy Assurance function is tasked with ensuring credit policies are implemented correctly (execution matches intent). An additional expanded capability is the ability to independently review analytics supporting policy recommendations and provide standalone analytic insights into credit trends at the request of senior management.
The Risk Analytics Senior Manager will be an integral part of the SLOD’s independent analytic function. He/She will be responsible for producing analytic “deep dives”, at the request of management, across any of the business lines within Consumer and Business Banking.
