RVS i Global is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Process Specialist to drive our ISO accreditation journey. This role involves analyzing, refining, and documenting internal processes to ensure they align with international compliance standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, IT, and operations teams to develop policies, conduct internal audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Lead and coordinate the ISO certification (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, etc.) process, ensuring RVS i Global meets all necessary requirements.
ii. Develop, document, and implement compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk management frameworks.
iii. Conduct internal audits to identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.
iv. Work with various teams to standardize workflows and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
v. Monitor industry regulations and ISO updates, ensuring the company stays compliant with evolving standards.
vi. Collaborate with external auditors and certification bodies to facilitate accreditation processes.
vii. Train employees on compliance best practices, security protocols, and ISO standards.
viii. Assist in maintaining records and documentation required for audits and certifications.
Requirements:
i. 2-5 years of experience in compliance, process improvement, or quality management, preferably in an IT or tech-driven company.
ii. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance framework.
iii. Experience in process documentation, risk assessment, and audit management.
iv. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM), cybersecurity standards, and data protection is a plus.
v. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
vi. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
vii. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change management.
