• Daily support via Shared Mailbox and personal chat
• Consolidate issues and improvements (feedback tracker)
• Weekly meetings with Power Users
• Sprint planning support (audit requirements for app, bug fixes and new functionalities)
• Attend meetings with CEIA (development) team for development and app issues topics
