A well-established Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to support a critical Asset Management function within a complex and highly regulated environment.

This role sits within a core second-line function and reports into the Head of Risk & Compliance, with close exposure to senior executives and governance forums. Operating at the intersection of regulation, risk management and commercial decision-making, the role plays a key part in enabling the business to execute its strategy in line with regulatory obligations and board-approved risk appetite.

The position offers broad scope, strong visibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact across risk and compliance activities within Asset Management.
