Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining compliance and risk management programmes to ensure company operations align with applicable local and international regulations, company Group policies, and internal standards. This role drives policy development, employee awareness, risk monitoring, audit activities, and regulatory reporting to strengthen ethical governance and corporate culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting.

Develop, review, and roll out enterprise risk management frameworks and compliance policies to support business objectives.

  • Perform periodic risk assessments, identify emerging risks, and track key risk indicators (KRIs) to mitigate potential exposure.
