What’s the role?

We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer to help manage, monitor, and streamline compliance and risk processes across products, payments, and customer data flows.

The role involves supporting regulatory and internal standards, assessing vendor and operational risks, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions with a risk-aware mindset.

Conduct internal assessments and audits to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor vendor performance and conduct risk reviews to ensure third-party compliance.

Perform continuous monitoring of security controls, operational processes, and risk indicators; escalate deviations as needed.

Maintain governance documentation, risk registers, and reporting dashboards for leadership.

Assist in streamlining risk processes, reducing gaps, and improving operational efficiency.

Support security awareness programs and ensure team adherence to policies and standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Product, and Operations teams to address compliance and risk issues.

Basic understanding of security standards, SOC2, audit, and regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with vendor risk management (TPRM), operational risk, and process controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Knowledge of data quality, SQL, or risk reporting tools is a plus.
