Your key responsibilities
As part of the role, the candidate is expected to:
Gather quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources, including internal records, competitor analysis, and industry reports. Conduct in-depth research on similar organisations to understand their strategies, processes, and performance levels. Establish a structured benchmarking framework that outlines the methodology, frequency, and tools used for benchmarking activities.
