Hiring: AVP / VP – Risk Engineering (Power Sector)

Location: Pan-India | Travel: 70–90 days/year (domestic & global)

Experience: 10–15 years | Function: Risk, Engineering & Consulting

We’re looking for a seasoned Risk Engineer with strong experience in thermal/hydro power plants (renewables a plus) to lead high-impact risk assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities
• Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Ops, and Insurance
• Support new project reviews and international risk placements
• Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to CXOs

✅ Must-Haves:

• 8–15 years in Operations/Maintenance in power plants
• Strong grip on technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Mechanical Engineering degree (IIT/NIT preferred)
