We’re Hiring: Insurance & Risk Manager (Manpower, Asset & Engineering)
We are looking for an experienced
Insurance & Risk Manager
to lead and manage our end-to-end insurance portfolio across
manpower, assets, and engineering risks , supporting large-scale projects—particularly in the
renewable energy / infrastructure sector .
Role Highlights
Manage manpower insurance (Workmen Compensation, Group Health, GPA)
Oversee asset insurance for wind turbines, cranes, vehicles & infrastructure
Handle Engineering Insurance (CAR, EAR, Machinery Breakdown)
Lead claims management from initiation to closure
Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation
Coordinate with insurers, brokers, TPAs & internal stakeholders
Develop SOPs, maintain audit-ready documentation & MIS reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
PG Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) or...
