We’re Hiring: Insurance & Risk Manager (Manpower, Asset & Engineering)
We are looking for an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end insurance portfolio across manpower, assets, and engineering risks, supporting large-scale projects—particularly in the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.
Role Highlights
- Manage manpower insurance (Workmen Compensation, Group Health, GPA)
- Oversee asset insurance for wind turbines, cranes, vehicles & infrastructure
- Handle Engineering Insurance (CAR, EAR, Machinery Breakdown)
- Lead claims management from initiation to closure
- Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with insurers, brokers, TPAs & internal stakeholders
- Develop SOPs, maintain audit-ready documentation & MIS reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
- PG Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) or equivalent preferred
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in insurance management
- Strong knowledge of Indian insurance laws & engineering insurance products
- Hands-on exposure to claims handling
- Excellent negotiation, communication & coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Preferred Background
- Renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector experience
- Base Location @ Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu
