Risk Insurance Manager

We’re Hiring: Insurance & Risk Manager (Manpower, Asset & Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end insurance portfolio across manpower, assets, and engineering risks , supporting large-scale projects—particularly in the renewable energy / infrastructure sector .

Role Highlights

• Manage manpower insurance (Workmen Compensation, Group Health, GPA)
• Oversee asset insurance for wind turbines, cranes, vehicles & infrastructure
• Handle Engineering Insurance (CAR, EAR, Machinery Breakdown)
• Lead claims management from initiation to closure
• Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, TPAs & internal stakeholders
• Develop SOPs, maintain audit-ready documentation & MIS reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
• PG Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) or equivalent preferred

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in insurance management
• Strong knowledge of Indian insurance laws & engineering insurance products
• Hands-on exposure to claims handling
• Excellent negotiation, communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Preferred Background

• Renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector experience
• Base Location @ Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu
