Job Description

  1. Coordinate with the RMG Department Heads on the periodic reporting requirements of RMG for presentation to the appropriate committees (CRECOM/MANCOM/ALCO/ROC).
  2. Aid the Risk Management Group Head in formulating and updating policies and guidelines necessary to maintain a sound risk management environment (Risk Frameworks).
  3. Assist in credit review of credit portfolio and loan program analysis (in coordination with lending units).
  4. Aid Operations Risk Head in implementing Operational Risk Managing Tools (RCSA, Near-Miss/ORI Report, Loss Event Database).
  5. Coordinate with Treasury Group for the maintenance of database and report schedules for maturity mismatch and gap analysis
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
