The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, structuring and underwriting Warranty & Indemnity policies across various cross-border transactions. This role will place you at the heart of international M&A activity working closely with brokers, advisors and deal teams.
Candidates should have experience as W&I underwriters looking to take on more strategic responsibility. Compensation includes salary, bonus and equity components.
