Position - EHS Officer

Salary range - 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA

Education - B.SC or B.E/B.Tech in Industrial Safety

Job Description -

1. Safety policies and procedure - Develop, implement, and update to ensure the complaince with local, state and federal regulations
2. Risk Assesment and Management - DEvelop and implement corrective actions to mitigate the identified risks. Conduct regular risj assesment and hazard analysis to identify potential safety issues
3. Safety training and education - Ensure the employees are informed about the emergency procedures, equipment handling and other relevent safety practices. Organise and conduct safety training sessions.
4. Incident Investigation - Investigate accidents, incidents and never miss to determine the root cause ananlysis and develop preventive measures. Maintain detailed records of the same.
5. Emergency preparedness - Develp and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
6. Regulatory Complaince - Ensure the factory complies with all relevent safety laws and regulations along with staying update with latest saftey standards,.
7. Safety Equipment and Management - Monitor and maintain an inventory of safety equipments and supplies.
8. Reporting - Present, prepare and maintain accurate and regular safety reports to the plant manager
