Risk Manager

Overview

Supports the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in implementing the RCBC Trust Corporation’s risk management framework through day-to-day risk monitoring, analysis, policy implementation, data validation, and reporting across market, liquidity, operational, legal, regulatory, and fiduciary risks.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily/periodic monitoring of exposures, risk limits, regulatory limits, and KRIs.
• Validates accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of risk data and reports.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly risk dashboards for review by the CRO and relevant committees.
• Implements ORM tools such as Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and Incident and Loss Data Reporting.
• Assists in root cause analysis of operational incidents and regulatory exceptions.
• Evaluates process gaps and recommends corrective actions to enhance internal controls.
