Job Description
We are seeking eight highly focused and detail-oriented Risk Rating Specialists to join a critical financial operations team. This role is essential for supporting various commercial banking and lending units across the organization by ensuring the accurate calculation of Borrower Risk Ratings (BRR).
This is a 100% back-office, non-customer-facing role within a high-volume production environment, focused entirely on operational excellence and quality control. Initial training is intensive, requiring two weeks of mandatory, full-time onsite classroom training.
Fixed Schedule: You will be assigned a fixed shift, either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (to be determined by the manager).
Hybrid Model: The role requires four days in the office per week (downtown Toronto) and one work-from-home day per week.
