The role in 30 seconds
You'll lead transformation projects within RISK ORM CIB, the 2nd line of defense for a top-5 global bank. Your focus:
Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for Global Banking, Markets, and 2S.
Drive AI/automation initiatives (e.g., RISK360, process industrialization).
Manage a global team (7 hubs: Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Montreal).
Report to the Head of Transformation & COO Office, with direct exposure to CIB leadership.
