About the Role:

This is a direct sales role focused on sourcing Home Loan and LAP business through open market acquisition. The RM will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and LAP cases through direct field sales

• Conduct market visits, cold calling, and customer meetings

• Generate new client acquisition and maintain sales pipeline

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for disbursement

• Achieve assigned targets for login and disbursement

• Ensure documentation and policy compliance

• Maintain strong customer relationships
