Relationship Manager – Business LAP

Location: Andhra Pradesh – Tirupati

Department: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)

Designation: RM

Experience Required: 2–6 years in LAP / Business LAP sourcing

CTC Range: As per internal banding

Role Overview:

The RM will drive Business LAP sourcing for the Tirupati region by developing strong DSA and local market relationships, ensuring quality proposals, and coordinating smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source BLAP proposals through DSAs, local CAs & direct leads

• Meet monthly sourcing and disbursal numbers

• Conduct customer visits and evaluate business financials

• Liaise with credit, ops, legal & technical teams for smooth approvals

• Strengthen regional channel partner network

• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy & process adherence

• Track local market, customer segments & competitive landscape

• Support basic collections and portfolio upkeep

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–6 years experience in Business LAP / LAP / SME sourcing

• Strong understanding of the Tirupati market

• Good DSA network and local business connects

• Sound knowledge of financial documents & collateral assessment

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
