Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (RM) based in Moradabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, promoting Sitara's financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, supporting the loan application process, and achieving business targets. The RM will also play a key role in representing the company's values and contributing to the financial inclusion goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
  • Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to promote and cross-sell financial products
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of housing finance and mortgage products is beneficial
  • Previous experience in banking, finance, or related fields is an advantage
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Moradabad region is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
