Job Description – Relationship Manager (DSA Channel) – Mortgage

Locations: Jaipur / Ajmer / Bhilwara / Alwar
CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent)

Role Overview:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for the DSA channel to drive business for Home Loan and Loan Against Property portfolios. The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing DSA partners to deliver consistent mortgage volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source HL/LAP business through existing & new DSA partners
• Ensure quality sourcing with complete documentation and policy adherence
• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive continuous business inflow
• Conduct regular DSA visits for engagement, training, and performance review
• Maintain a healthy funnel and convert leads into disbursements
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams for seamless file movement
• Achieve monthly sales targets through structured market planning
• Maintain competitor insights and improve sourcing productivity

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage sales (HL/LAP)
• Experience in handling DSA/connector channel is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Understanding of mortgage credit, property evaluations, and documentation
• Graduation in any discipline
