CTC:

  • RM: Up to 5.0 LPA

  • Sr. RM: Up to 6.0 LPA

  • BDM: Up to 7.0 LPA
    Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales / Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field and relationship channels.

  • Manage and grow existing client portfolios.

  • Cross-sell banking and financial products to deepen relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and service quality standards.
