Job Description – Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Vertical: Mortgage (Home Loan & LAP)

Role: RM / Sr RM – DSA Channel

Location: Surat

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years

About the Role:

The RM / Sr RM will be responsible for sourcing Mortgage business through the DSA channel. The role focuses on building and managing DSA relationships, driving disbursements, and ensuring quality sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and LAP cases through DSA partners

• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners

• Ensure quality sourcing in line with credit and policy guidelines

• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for case processing

• Conduct regular DSA meetings and training sessions

• Track pipeline and ensure timely conversion

• Maintain portfolio quality and compliance standards
