Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage tasks given within the specified operation hours.
  • Handle all incoming calls, web or e‑mail requests on returns.
  • Address and monitor any reported issues.
  • Follow up pending requests or receipts until closure.
  • Route calls, emails or requests to relevant parties when follow‑up action is required.
  • Collate orders in statistical reports, update data and perform maintenance.
  • Manage reports related to the customer.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, or any related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in using MS Office, Excel, Access & PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
  • Good phone & e‑mail communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to handle high volume requests timely and resolve shipment/returns issues....
