Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks given within the specified operation hours.
- Handle all incoming calls, web or e‑mail requests on returns.
- Address and monitor any reported issues.
- Follow up pending requests or receipts until closure.
- Route calls, emails or requests to relevant parties when follow‑up action is required.
- Collate orders in statistical reports, update data and perform maintenance.
- Manage reports related to the customer.
Job Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, or any related field.
- Intermediate knowledge and skills in using MS Office, Excel, Access & PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
- Good phone & e‑mail communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to handle high volume requests timely and resolve shipment/returns issues....
