We are seeking a skilled RMM Engineer with hands-on experience in Automate / Datto RMM / Kaseya tools to support remote monitoring, management, and automation of IT environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, scripting expertise, and the ability to configure, manage, and optimize RMM platforms for efficient IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-availability support environment.


Must-Have Skills & Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience with Automate / Datto RMM / Kaseya platforms.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly within an RMM tool.
  • Strong knowledge of RMM troubleshooting and automation.
  • Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch, or similar).
  • Experience configuring patch management policies and approvals.
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain RMM agents at scale.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, communication, and customer-care orientation.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts (no medical exceptions).
  • Education: Graduate (any stream), preferably Computer Science or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and support RMM tools such as Automate, Datto RMM, or Kaseya.
  • Create and manage custom monitors, scripts, and device groups within the RMM platform.
  • Configure and maintain patch management, including custom policies, approval workflows, and deployment schedules.
  • Troubleshoot RMM-related issues such as:

-Agent installation and failures

-False-positive alerts

-Audit logs and system reporting issues

  • Perform bulk agent deployment, upgrades, and remediation across environments.
  • Configure and manage RMM-compatible plugins, including antivirus, backup, and security tools.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support with a strong focus on customer experience and issue resolution.
