The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, scripting expertise, and the ability to configure, manage, and optimize RMM platforms for efficient IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-availability support environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Automate / Datto RMM / Kaseya platforms.
