Role Overview:
We are hiring Relationship Managers and Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. The role focuses on business sourcing, channel management, and portfolio growth within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:

Source B-LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and open market

Build and manage strong DSA & referral networks
-
Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets
-
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit & policy norms
-
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements
-
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and customer relationships
-
Support branch growth and market expansion initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
-
3–8 years of experience in secured lending
-
Mandatory experience in Business LAP / LAP / Mortgage products
-
Strong local market knowledge of the assigned geography
-
Proven track record in DSA / channel-led sourcing
-
For SM role: prior experience in handling higher targets or mentoring juniors
