Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Business LAP (B-LAP)

Role Overview:

We are hiring Relationship Managers and Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. The role focuses on business sourcing, channel management, and portfolio growth within the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source B-LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and open market

  • Build and manage strong DSA & referral networks

  • Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets

  • Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit & policy norms

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements

  • Maintain healthy portfolio quality and customer relationships

  • Support branch growth and market expansion initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3–8 years of experience in secured lending

  • Mandatory experience in Business LAP / LAP / Mortgage products

  • Strong local market knowledge of the assigned geography

  • Proven track record in DSA / channel-led sourcing

  • For SM role: prior experience in handling higher targets or mentoring juniors
