Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Business LAP


Location: Tamil Nadu – Chennai, Madurai & Vellore

Department: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)

Designation: RM / SM

Experience Required: 3–8 years in LAP / BL sourcing

CTC Range: 6 - 9 LPA


Role Overview:


Responsible for business generation in Business LAP across Chennai, Madurai & Vellore by leveraging DSAs, connectors, and direct customer sourcing. Expected to deliver high-quality proposals with strong compliance and market understanding.


Key Responsibilities:


• Source Business LAP proposals via DSA and direct channels

• Achieve monthly sourcing & disbursal targets

• Conduct customer discussions and financial assessments

• Work with credit, legal, ops & technical teams for seamless processing

• Build and deepen DSA & CA network relationships

• Maintain file quality, compliance, and documentation hygiene

• Track market intelligence & competitor movements

• Support portfolio stability and follow-ups where required


Candidate Requirements:


• 3–8 years experience in LAP / BL / SME sales

• Strong network in Chennai, Madurai & Vellore

• Deep understanding of BLAP underwriting drivers and customer profiles

• Ability to handle high-volume sourcing with quality output

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
