Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing Home Loan & Loan Against Property customers under the AIB Mortgage vertical. The role requires open-market acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio quality maintenance.

Key Responsibilities



Source customers for HL/LAP through direct market sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and field activity.


Drive monthly acquisition targets through strong lead generation.


Conduct market visits, builder meetings, and channel development.


Ensure proper documentation, file login, and coordination with credit & operations.


Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance adherence.


Provide end-to-end customer service and relationship management.
