A healthcare organization located in Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to ensure quality patient care and continuity. The RN will communicate with patients, staff, and physicians, and will be responsible for care coordination. A minimum of one year in an acute care hospital and a current California RN license are required, while Case Management experience is preferred. This non-union position details workdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including weekends, with flexibility and holiday work expected.
