Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Prefer NIHSS.



HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available.



- Beds: M/S beds and ICU beds. Nurses station sits in the middle of the areas.

- Nurse: Patient Ratios: MS: :- depending on acuity of patients. ICU: :- depending on acuity, mixed could be

combination (ICU, MS-Tele, Swing Bed).

- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Prefer NIHSS.

- Common diagnoses: Medical, surgical, pediatric, and skilled or acute rehab (SWING), and ICU patients: DKA, Sepsis, ETOH

Withdrawal, Hyper/Hypotension, CHF or COPD exacerbation, basic surgical patients, comfort cares, and more.

- Experience: Must have ICU experience. Need experience in similar size facility. Prefer pediatric experience. Will accept first

time travelers.
