Schedule: 3x12s | 6:00-6:00
Staff RN Hourly Rate: $32$50/hr (based on experience)
Charge RN Hourly Rate: $34$52/hr (based on experience )

Note - To be considered for a Charge positoin you must have 3 years of staff experience + 1 full year of Charge experience within acute care

About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join a brand new Inpatient Rehabilitation facility in Goodyear, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a ground-up clinical team, with stabilized nurse-to-patient ratios, modern equipment, and a strong leadership focus on culture, collaboration, and work-life balance.

In this role, youll care for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and complex medical conditions while working closely with an interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, physicians, and rehab clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, and complex medical conditions
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, wound care, bowel and bladder programs, and monitor patient progress toward functional goals
• Coordinate and lead unit operations during assigned shift, including staffing assignments, patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Act as the primary clinical resource and escalation point for staff, supporting changes in patient condition, safety events, and family concerns
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and case management to support individualized rehabilitation plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record and promote regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Facilitate patient and family education on mobility, self-care, medications, and discharge planning to support safe transitions of care
• Promote a safe patient environment through fall prevention, skin integrity management, and infection control practices
• Support orientation, mentoring, and ongoing development of nursing staff and care partners
• Serve as a communication liaison between nursing staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence

What You Bring

Education

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: BSN

Experience

• At least 1 year of Acute care
• Ideally inpatient rehab, med-surg, telemetry, or stepdown experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Arizona RN License (or compact license)
• AHA BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
