Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active RN license in the State of Virginia

• Minimum of two years in home health, acute care, or rehab preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to various home settings
