An established international logistics provider in Bradford is entering an exciting phase of operational growth and is now seeking a seasoned European Road Freight professional to take ownership of their EU road function.
This appointment will suit a confident people manager who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the front and shaping a team to deliver consistently high service across key European corridors.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a European road freight team (circa 6-8 operators)
Oversee traffic movements across core EU territories, with a strong focus on Germany, France, and wider European lanes
Ensure planning, execution, and issue resolution are handled efficiently and in line with service expectations
Act as the senior operational contact for escalations, delays, and service challenges
