The Roadmaster plans all track-related activities including, but not limited to: working with railroad management to define priorities, establish performance expectations, performance metrics and measurements, and evaluate performance to plan, and the improvement of overall activities for the Maintenance of Way (MOW) department. Ensures safe completion of work activities to meet customer expectations and company standards and objectives.
