Responsibilities of a Public Works / Roads Foreman
- Supervise a team of employees working on various maintenance and construction projects.
- Schedule and plan for employees and various projects
- Operate heavy equipment
- Be first responder for emergency call-outs
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the the Director
- Personnel administration
- High School Diploma
- Experience in leadership
- Excellent verbal communication with all people
- Able to operate trucks, front-end loader, backhoe, mowing tractors, pumps, and other equipment
- Experience managing others including written reprimands...
