You are a safety-conscious Foreperson with at least 3 years’ experience in road building and highway construction. You will be leading our Highway Construction crews throughout Alberta on various paving projects. You are a team player who ensures the well‑being of others and lends a hand where needed. This will be a full‑time position and Ledcor will help support your on‑going employee training and career development in our diversified company.

Essential Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage resources, equipment, and labour to help with work planning needs, workmanship, and productivity

• Ensure that Operators are completing their equipment checklists and that equipment is in safe operating condition
